New customers will receive a proforma invoice and goods will be despatched on receipt of payment. A 30 days Credit Account Application Form will accompany the first order.
Please note that a credit referencing agency may be used in evaluating suitability.
For Account customers, failure to settle within 30 days may result in the following orders reverting to payment in advance. Sea Gems Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel future deliveries on overdue accounts.
All collection fees incurred by us regarding the recovery of overdue accounts will be passed on to the customer.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2.5% per month. Also note new VAT regulations will be applied. Goods are only despatched to non-UK customers on receipt of payment.
Sea Gems Ltd exports worldwide.
E.E.C customers will not be charged VAT if a valid VAT number is given. If a VAT number cannot be provided then UK VAT will be applied.
Delivery is not included for Export customers and will be added once your order has been processed.
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. Any charges related to customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office if you have any queries.

Sea Gems Ltd carries extensive stocks of all products. If however, certain items are not available on receipt of order, Sea Gems Ltd will supply all that is available from stock and invoice accordingly.
Any illustration of a product or description of size, dimension, style, weight etc. is given in good faith, however cannot be guaranteed as absolutely correct.
Should any product not be available in the size, colour or design ordered, an alternative may be supplied unless the customer specifies on the order form that an alternative must not be supplied.
Items delivered broken or faulty must be returned to us within 7 days accompanied by full details of the order date and invoice number. Each item must be returned in its individual bag with the product code clearly marked.
Claims can only be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items will be replaced or credited provided the damage occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.
In the unlikely event of Sea Gems Ltd supplying your order incorrectly in any way, customers must contact Sea Gems Ltd immediately providing full details of the order date and invoice number. Sea Gems Ltd will endeavour to correct the situation immediately.
These goods remain the property of Sea Gems Ltd until they are paid for. The risk of the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with the company until full payment has been received from the buyer (each order being considered as a whole). In the event of non-payment the company shall be entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sale in the hands of the buyer or liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the buyer.

Registered Trademarks
Sea Gems is the owner of the registered trademark Sea Gems and is the owner of copyright, design right and registered designs including jewellery designs, marketing and packaging materials. The customer shall ensure that the trademark is used solely in accordance with Sea Gems Ltd’s instructions. The selling of the goods shall give the customer no rights to Sea Gems' intellectual property and the customer is not authorised to register any company names, trademarks or domain names that contain words identical or similar to the Sea Gems trademark or other trademarks owned by Sea Gems. (Silver Origins, Pure Origins, Celtic Lands, Celtic Magic, are all Reg. Trademarks owned and protected by Sea Gems Ltd).
Customer information will be stored by the company and credit information may be shared for monitoring and administration purposes with our representative body the GA and with other members of the GA.
The customer may wish to offer for sale or to sell the goods from their own website or over the internet, if so, the customer is required to obtain the prior written approval of Sea Gems Ltd. If Approved Sea Gems Ltd will specify the use of their trademarks, marketing and packaging materials. At any time permission for use can also be withdrawn by Sea Gems Ltd.
The customer in respect of the Sea Gems Ltd brand and Trademark registered brand names, belonging to Sea Gems Ltd, must have no affiliation to Amazon, ebay or any other e-commerce sites or auction sites unless authorised by Sea Gems Ltd. The customer is not authorised to sell Silver Origins, Celtic lands, Celtic Magic, Pure Origins, under company names, trademarks or domain names that contain words identical or similar to the Sea Gems trademark or Trademarks owned by Sea Gems Ltd. The customer in respect of Silver Origins, Pure Origins, Celtic Lands, Celtic Magic, must have no affiliation to Amazon websites.
