All prices are shown exclusive of VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice and orders are invoiced at prices current at the time of despatch.
Settlement UK A/C
Nett 30 days. Cheques made payable to Sea Gems Limited. Visa, Delta, Mastercard and B.A.C.S are also accepted.
For new customers paying by cheque, goods will be despatched on receipt of payment and a 30 days Credit Account Application Form will accompany the first order. For Account customers, failure to settle within 30 days may result in the following orders reverting to payment in advance.
All collection fees incurred by us regarding the recovery of overdue accounts will be passed on to the customer.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2.5% per month. Also note new VAT regulations will be applied. Goods are only despatched to non-UK customers on receipt of payment.
- Sea Gems Ltd exports worldwide.
- E.E.C customers will not be charged VAT if a valid VAT number is given. If a VAT number cannot be provided then UK VAT will be applied.
- Delivery charges are not included for Export customers.
- Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. Any charges related to customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office if you have any queries.

Sea Gems Ltd carries extensive stocks of all products. If however, certain items are not available on receipt of order, Sea Gems Ltd will supply all that is available from stock and invoice accordingly.
Any illustration of a product or description of size, dimension, style, weight etc. is given in good faith, however cannot be guaranteed as absolutely correct.
Should any product not be available in the size, colour or design ordered, an alternative may be supplied unless the customer specifies on the order form that an alternative must not be supplied.
Damaged Goods and Returns
Items delivered broken or faulty must be returned to us within 7 days accompanied by full details of the order date and invoice number. Each item must be returned in its individual bag with the product code clearly marked.
Claims can only be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items will be replaced or credited provided the damage occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.
In the unlikely event of Sea Gems Ltd supplying your order incorrectly in any way, customers must contact Sea Gems Ltd immediately providing full details of the order date and invoice number. Sea Gems Ltd will endeavour to correct the situation immediately.
These goods remain the property of Sea Gems Ltd until they are paid for. The risk of the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with the company until full payment has been received from the buyer (each order being considered as a whole). In the event of non-payment the company shall be entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sale in the hands of the buyer or liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the buyer.

Confidential Credit Information
Customer information will be stored by the company and credit information may be shared for monitoring and administration purposes with our representative body the GA and with other members of the GA.
